AOL

If you are a new subscriber:
   Click on your Mail menu and then pick Address Book.
   When Address Book view appears, click on Add button.
   Type sender's e-mail address in the Other E-Mail field.
       (Eg., Dr.Mike@FeedDealer.com)
  
Make this sender's address the Primary E-Mail address.
   Click Save.

If you are an existing subscriber:
If the newsletter or e-mail appeared in your Spam folder, open the mail piece and choose "This is Not Spam."  Then you can add the sender's e-mail address into your Address Book per new subscriber instructions listed above.
Hotmail

If you are a new subscriber:
   Open your mailbox and Click Options.
   Click on Junk E-Mail Protection link.
   Select Safe List link.
  
Type sender's e-mail address in "Type an
       Address or Domain" box.
   Select Add.

If you are an existing subscriber:
If the newsletter or e-mail is in your Junk E-Mail Folder, open the mail piece and select Not Junk.  If the sender's e-mail address is appearing in your Blocked Senders list Click on the sender's e-mail and select Remove.  Then add the sender's e-mail address in your Safe List per new subscriber instructions listed above.
Yahoo

If you are a new subscriber:
New subscribers will want to set up a filter so that any newsletter or e-mail that you want to receive makes it into your inbox.   Here's what you'll need to do:
   Open your mailbox and Click Mail Options.
   Select Filters.
   Click on Add Link.
  
Your From Header Rule will need to be edited to: 
      Contains (then type in sender's e-mail address).
   Click on Choose Folder menu and select inbox.
   ♦ Click Add Filter button and your filter is now active..

If you are an existing subscriber:
If the newsletter or e-mail is in your Yahoo Bulk Folder, open it and choose "Not Spam."  It may also appear in your Blocked Addresses list, and you can click on it and then click Remove Block.  Then set up your filter for future receives per new subscriber instructions listed above.
Outlook 2003

You will want to add sender's e-mail address to your
Safe Senders list. 

   On your Tools menu, Click on Options..
   On Preferences tab, choose Junk E-Mail.
   Then choose Add on the Safe Senders tab.
  
Type sender's e-mail address in Add address.
   Click OK.

 

 

 

 

 

Gmail

If you are a new subscriber:
Add sender's e-mail address to your Gmail Contacts List:
   On left side of your Gmail page, Click Contacts.
   Choose Add Contact.
   Type sender's e-mail address into the primary e-mail
      address dialog box.
  
Click Save.

If you are an existing subscriber:
Check to see if newsletter or e-mail is in your "Spam" folder:
   ♦ Click Spam on left side of Gmail page.
   Check the box next to newsletter or e-mail.
   Then choose Not Spam.

services and provided some simple tips on setting up your service to ensure that you receive e-mails, newsletters, promotions, etc. that you want delivered to your in-box. 

Unfortunately, sometimes Spam Blockers block some of the e-mails that we really want delivered.
